1. How do I check if a domain name is available?

3. How can I register a domain name?
   You can register any of the domain names we offer over the phone or through the web based registration interface. Please have the owner contact details and ABN (for .au) ready - Register Domain.
   
   
4. How can I recover my domain name password / registry key?
   The registry key for our domain names is the password. You can use our password recovery tool or request it over the phone - Recover Password.
   
   
5. How do I redelegate my domain name?
   You can redelegate your domain name by logging into the domain management area found here. If you would like to redelegate the domain name over the phone, please have the username and password ready - Manage Domain.
   
   
6. How do I renew my domain name?
   You can renew your domain name through our web based interface or over the phone - Renew Domain.
   
   
7. How do I sign up for your hosting services?
   You can sign up to our hosting services through the web based ordering form or over the phone - Hosting Signup.
   
   
8. How do I login to my web hosting control panel and how can I get the password?
   You can login to your web hosting control panel by going to htt://$yourdomainname.com.au/menu (replacing '$yourdomainname.com' with your domain name ie. http://avs.net.au/menu). You can request the password over the phone or through this form - Recover Web Hosting Control Panel Password.
   
   
9. How do I know how much I owe?
   You should have received an invoice but if you are not sure, you will need to login to your Web Hosting Control Panel and click on Billing History or call us to find out.
   
   
10. How can I pay for my account?
    You can pay by credit card, direct deposit, cheque or money order through our online payment centre or over the phone - AVS Payment Centre.
